3. Fees and Payment

All fees are outlined in the proposal or checkout page. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension until full settlement.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We strive to uphold high standards. Refund eligibility and processes vary by offering type as detailed below.

4.1 Professional Services

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no substantial setup work has commenced. Once significant system configuration or data migration is underway, refunds are not available, as resources will have been allocated. However, you may defer the start date of services once, provided you notify us at least 5 business days before the original start date. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

4.2 Information Products

If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital materials within 30 days of purchase, you may request a refund. After you access or download content, all sales are final due to the immediate availability of the product. Approved refunds will be returned to your payment method within 7 days.

4.3 Physical Goods

You may return unused goods in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Clients are responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days or offer an exchange or credit toward future purchases.

5. No-Refund Services

Certain custom engagements—such as one-on-one training sessions or bespoke template development—are non-refundable once scheduled, as they require dedicated preparation and expert time. These services cannot be transferred or deferred once confirmed.
